Roshelly "Febbie" Nance, 84, of 334 Carolina Street, widower of Joe Lewis Nance Sr, passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at Self Regional Healthcare. Born in Callison, SC, she was the daughter of the late James Sales and the late Alma L. Richardson. She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by one son, Joe Lewis Nance Sr., and one daughter, Jenny Nance.
She leaves to cherish her memories four sons, Calvin Nance Sr. of New York, Ossie Nance, Rufus Nance, and Parnell Nance, all of Greenwood; seven daughters, Rosa Lee Richardson-Nance, Louise "Lou" Nance Kennedy, Anna Nance Eubanks, Rena Nance and Latasha Nance Dean, all of Greenwood, Valerie Nance of Greensboro, NC, and Rene Nance of Columbia, SC; thirty-six grandchildren, two that were reared in the home, Adrian Nance and Queriockus White; eighty great-grandchildren; five god-children, Eugene Day, James L. Day, Iris Neal, Keyonna Woods, Tammy Harrison and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Services will be 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 27,2021, at United House of Prayer conducted by Ricky Quarles. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. on Friday, November 26,2021 at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc. Please be mindful and practice social distancing and wear a mask.
