Quenton Lamont White

Mr. Quenton “Q” Lamont White, 50, widower of Lavette Chandler White, of Golf Course Manor Apt 2B, Piedmont, SC, formerly of 1211 Central Avenue, Greenwood SC departed his life on Monday, July 10, 2023 at his home.

He was born September 5, 1972 to the late James White and the late Beulah Hazel Butler White.

He was a member of Old Mt. Zion Baptist Church (Epworth Community). He attended Shady Oak Baptist Church in Greenville, SC. He graduated from Greenwood High School Class of 1992. He was formerly employed by Bolag Company. He was a former member of the All Out Riders Motorcycle Club.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, sister Lisa Simone White and brother Terrance R. White, Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memory, two brothers, James (Debra) White of Waterloo, SC and Kelvin (Dorie) Goode of Greenwood, SC. a devoted niece Kotero White, a devoted nephew Terrance R. White, Jr., mother-in-law, Nancy Lee Chandler, father-in-law Charles A. Barton, both of Piedmont, SC, god-sister Tammy Sampson, god-children Kallie Ny’reil Bryson Tarrant and Edward “EJ” Arnold, three sister-in-laws Debbie White, Jasenda Barton and Kamaria (Corey) Thomason Ware both of Greenville, SC, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. on Monday, July 17, 2023, at Old Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Epworth, conducted by Rev. Dr. Danny R. Webb. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
