Laura Ann Seigler

 Laura Ann Seigler, 82, of 186 Morton Road, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at her home. Born in McCormick, she was the daughter of the late Pete J. Jennings and the late Martha Ann Higgins Jennings. She was a member of Springfield Missionary Baptist Church in Edgefield, SC. She is preceded in death by her son, James Matthew Seigler, daughter, Reba E. Seigler, three brothers, Robert, James, and Earnest Jennings; and four sisters, Jannie Tolbert, Lula Cartledge, Carrie Chiles, and Ellen Jennings and one son-in-law, Terry Cade.

She leaves to cherish her memories five daughters, Linda S. Gilchrist, Jannie R. Seigler, Jennifer S. Cade, and Alice R. Seigler all of McCormick, and Christine S. (Roger) Bolton of Lincolnton, Ga; one brother, Willie Jennings of Washington, DC; one sister, Ethel Norman of Washington, DC; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one god child; and host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral services are 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Springfield Missionary Baptist Church in Edgefield, SC, conducted by Pastor C. Moses Myers. Interment  will follow in the church cemetery.
