Jannie Ruth Brown Rapp, 82, of 112 Biscayne Drive, Greenwood, SC, died March 16, 2024 at Self Regional Hospital. Mrs. Rapp was born in the Callison Community, April 29, 1941, to the late Margaret Brown Chappelle and Jasper Talbert. She was the widow of the late Robert “Bob” Rapp. She worked at Greenwood Mills for over 25 years and later worked at Park Seed in Cokesbury.
Jannie, was reared by her grandmother, Ms. Essie Hogan, and Aunt Mary Lee Palmore. She was a member of Calvary Grove Baptist Church, where she was a dedicated servant for God, until her health began to fail her. Jannie loved to sing and praise the lord.
