James Thomas Barcliff Sr.

Greenwood, SC-  James Thomas Barcliff Sr., 68, of 202 Winter Ridge Court, Apt. D, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Self Regional Healthcare. James , third of ten children was born September 7, 1954 to the late Eartha Charley, and the late William Henry Barcliff Sr. in Brooklyn, New York. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Walter Barcliff and Christopher Barcliff.

James was united in marriage to Dolores and to this union one son, James Thomas (Acquanda) Barcliff Jr. of Greenwood, SC; two daughters, Shanette (Thomas) Henderson of Anderson, SC, and Latricia Barcliff of Greenwood, SC; five brothers, William Barcliff Jr. of Newport News, VA, Lee Earnest (Flora) Barcliff of Jamaica, NY, Bobby Barcliff of Upstate, NY, John Barcliff of Brooklyn, NY, and Tyrone (Ferlyn) Barcliff of Woodbridge, NJ; two sisters, Ujima “Betty" Barcliff of Atlanta, Ga, and Rebecca “Annie" Pruitt of Newark, NJ; one aunt, Liza Williams of Detroit, MI; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at the Chapel of Robinson & Son Mortuary Inc, conducted by Rev. Danny Webb. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Monday, January 23, 2023, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc.
