Demetrius Sanquinn "Meat Dog" Morton

Mr. Demetrius Sanquinn Morton affectionally known as "Meat Dog", 39 of 337 North Emerald Road, Apt. J2, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at Self Regional Healthcare. He was born in Greenwood, South Carolina to his parents, Diane Morton, and the late Daniel Boone Price.

Meat Dog loved race cars and was formerly employed at International Cafe.

Mr. Morton was preceded in death by his brother Thursundray Lites. He leaves to cherish his memories to his son Zantavius Bussey of Anderson, South Carolina; his brothers, Daniel (Annette) Fuller, Calvin Fuller, and Channing Price. Grandparents, Ms. Julia Mae Cummings, and Mr. Wilbur Moore; Great grandparent, Ms. Alberta Morton and Mr. Harry Nance; his sisters, Sherry Price and Victoria (Cornelius) Crawford; his aunts, Corine Price, Mary Mitchell, Linda Norman, Doris Nix Power, Leslie Johnson, Frankie Nix, Yolanda (Damon) Middleton, and Angela Martin; his uncles, Clarence Nix, Mark Nix, and Gerald Nix; ten nieces, five nephews, five great nieces, three great nephews, fifteen cousins; and a host of exteneded family and firends to mourn his passing.

Services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at the chapel of Robinson & Son Mortuary, Inc, conducted by Rev. Willie Cannady.  Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at Robinson & Son Mortuary, Inc. Online condolences may be sent to robson@nctv.com.
