Barry Brown

Barry Brown, lovingly known by family and friends as Peedee Brown, age 62, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Self Regional Hospital in Greenwood, SC.  He was born February 15, 1959 in Greenwood, SC to May Ola Brown and David Hughey (step father). Peedee is predeceased by both parents, his sister Linda Faye Brown and his nephew Keith "Hump" Brown.  He attended Greenwood High School.  Peedee worked several years at Carolina Pride.  He truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures like chatting with family and friends, playing cards, snacking and spending time with those he loved.  Peedee had a heart of gold, sweet spirit and a smile that would light up any room.  He is survived by his twin brother, Larry Brown (Emma Cruz) and older brother Howard Brown, his nephews Sebastian Sayles, Larrymy (Lil Gator) Brown, and Wendel Brown.  Family, friends and others whose lives Peedee touched are invited to the Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc.  Please be mindful and practice social distancing and wear a mask.
