Barbara Ann Duncan

Barbara Ann Duncan, 48, wife of Jimmy L. Duncan, Jr., transitioned to heaven, on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Prisma Health Greenville. She was born in Greenwood to John Sibert and the late Peggy Ann Moore. She was a member of Springfield Baptist Church, where she assisted with the Finance Committee, and she was the Vice President of Finance at Peach State Federal Credit Union.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Ann Moore, and her step-son Jamarion Duncan.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband and her daughter, Ava Noel Duncan, both of the home; her father of Greenwood; one step-daughter, Konnicha Duncan, one step-son O’Darous Duncan; one sister, Dinah Morse, of Greenwood, four brothers; Anthony Moore, of McCormick, James Moore, Chris Moore, and Travis Moore, all of Greenwood; three step-grandchildren, a special nephew Corey Jackson Jr., and a special cousin Gloria Williams, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends to cherish her memories.

Services will be held Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 1 p.m. at Springfield Baptist Church, with Rev. Robert Knox, pastor and officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, public viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc.
