Roosevelt Carroll Jr.

Roosevelt Carroll Jr., 70, husband of Elizabeth Carroll, of 230 Ashcroft Drive, died Thursday, July 4, 2019, at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Greenwood, he was the son of the late Roosevelt Carrol, Sr. and Anna Brewer. He was a member of Old Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of the home; three brothers, Arthur Lee Carroll, Rufus Lee Carroll and Jimmy Lee Carroll; two sisters, Rosa M. Baylor and Rose Lee Carroll and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at 1 pm at the Chapel of Robinson and Son Mortuary Inc., with Rev. Joseph Caldwell, officiating. Burial will follow at The Evening Star Cemetery. The family is at the home.
