Marjorie Ree Gray

Marjorie Ree Gray, 71, of 4302 Cokesbury Road, wife of Wilbert A. Gray, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont. Born in Greenwood she was the daughter of the late Thomas Williams and the late Isabelle Mosley. She is preceded in death by, one son; four brothers; and two sisters. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Coronaca, a pastor aide, and a member of the senior choir.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband of the home; two sons Cori Gray of Saluda and Demaceo Gray of Anderson; one step-daughter Jaquitta Wideman of Ninety Six; one brother Charles Williams of Colorado Springs, Co; two sisters Betty Beattie and Jeannette Price, both of Greenwood; eighteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Coronaca, conducted by Rev. Cartrell A. Blume. The body will be placed in the church at noon. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens
